They even moved them to Saturdays! In the 90s nobody in there age demo was staying at home on a Saturday, and Fox knew it. Fox also was trying to get the show cancelled by moving there time slot around all the time. The cast was real close with the creators, and we're angry that the two men were treated. It was created by two young guys, one was black and Fox ended up basically taking the show from them. At first I thought I was crazy, but they did a E True Hollywood Story about the show, and revealed what happened that year. When Married with Children first aired I was a kid, and I remembered Peg being preggers and then she wasn't. They just wrote Peggy being gone out of town, when they couldn't hide her with big clothes and potted plants. Katey got pregnant again, I think S8-9 but they decided not to write it in, just in case something happened. So Marcy being knocked up by Jefferson was part of the dream too. That was season 6 of Married with Children. So they decided to make it Al horrible nightmare. So the writers didn't want to have the Bundy's with a child, and Katey lost her baby, she was pretty far along. The reason they did that, was because Peggy was pregnant in real life but she had a miscarriage. This reminds of that episode of Suite Life of Zack and Cody where Zack pretended to have dyslexia and his mom immediately felt bad because she thought that the reason why he was doing so poorly in school was because of his "learning disability" but later on in the episode, he was faking it.Ĭarey was a concerned mother who showed worry when learning about his son's "learning disability." I think Disney Channel put that condition in the show because the actress in real life has dyslexia and maybe they wanted to show awareness of it but still. Well, I am not an expert in dyslexia nor do I have it but this was odd to me. We never seen her mother talk about her daughter's condition.Īnd it was never brought up ever again.Īnd I could have sworn there were episodes of CeCe reading things.even out loud. Why was she not put in Special Ed classes?ĭid they just attribute her doing bad in school to her bad and rebellious behavior? I saw Shake It Up when I was high school and I initially thought.she made it that far in life without having to read things out loud, in school.?Īnd I just find it really odd that her parents, especially her mom did not do anything about her disability. Or maybe he was too young to understand and he scolded his friend for revealing that CeCe has dyslexia.Īnd CeCe revealed that she wakes up everyday terrified that she has to read something out loud at school. Her brother didn't seem fazed by the reveal of that. I remember early on in the series, it was stated that CeCe has dyslexia, and not even her best friend Rocky knew about it.
